These people are phoning me from 8.30am until late at night, asking if im me and going through security questions to verify who i am. I tell them ive already spoken to someone but i have to go through the same old crap four or five times a day. I received one of these calls on my answer machine and phoned them back when I had checked google out. It does sound like a genuine Nat West survey and although I do not have an account with them some of my family do. I carried on to the first question and it wanted to know how long I was queuing on my last visit to Nat West. I then hung up as I don t know the answer. I believe this is probably because either my son or daughter has visited a branch recently.

Had 2 phone calls from this number at the same time each day and panicked as this is the area in which my family live (Altho i do not talk to any of them due to a fall out some time ago) So straight away i started panicking!!! and plucked up the courage to call back as i thought something maybe wrong, To be told its something called PRA UK!!! Needless to say i am fuming and do not wish to receive further calls from these people!!! I am supposed to be EX-DIRECTORY!!!
