SCAM - Claiming to be from Amazon to say money has been deducted from your account and they want you go go onto Google to give your details in the meantime, the caller is aggressive, telling you that you are an idiot for not doing what they want you to do. These are really unintelligent people.

Calling to confirm the delivery but tried to get into Domestic and General insurance cover without outright stating first off to ask if Insurance is required. Very polite and confirmed that I would NOT be signed up to an insurance plan. All the delivery bits were explained well, they re just doing a job, they should improve the initial wording a bit, probably why so many people are getting irate.
Pains! It seems to me that the criminal is always one step ahead of technology! What are we to do?

Called yesterday trying to drum up business for UK Essentials. Possibly the same "Lady" (Based on accent) called again today asking for my wife, when politely asked what they wanted, initially guessed I was her husband, when asked again what they wanted, they told me they were asking the questions not me and that I should **** off before hanging up.
3 calls from this number today (19/09/2018) to my work telephone number. Hangs up immediately I give name of company. Really irritating.
Rang at 08.30 hangs up as soon as the phone is answered.
I missed the call but if this is we buy any car, I don't know why they are calling me, my car is not for sale and I did not contact them!

Constantly calling,on an daily basis, never leave a message, didn t answer, likely debt, ppi or some such.
Recorded message purportedly from HMRC. Apparently I owe them money ( I don’t by the way). I recently had a similar call from a different number to my landline, also supposedly from HMRC but that one was telling me there was a warrant out for my arrest for non payment of tax! Too ridiculous for words but anyone who is vulnerable could easily be frightened by calls like this.
