They've called me twice - both times they didn't speak, there was a buzz at the end and then they hung up. Don't know who this is or why they call.

I am being bombarded with insurance claims calls at the moment to my mobile phone that I use for business calls. This number has rung me twice, 1 week apart and nobody has been on the end of the line. TPS have registered my number so I should not be getting silent calls.

So careful with all personal information yet a direct debit for ?2.99 to Total Care & Support was set up and showed on latest statement. My bank said the company was Intouch Investments and gave me the telephone number, that is how I have found this website. Bank refunding money, but I would like to know how this has been able to take place. Bank representative I spoke to said mine was just one of many complaints regarding this company in the past few weeks.

Received call from someone calling himself Harold Shipman asking for me by name. I asked who he was, he stated "I m a criminal". I ended the phone call and rang 1471 to ascertain number.

Which is the first random I ve ever encountered while Internet /phone shopping I did receive a random info booklet on holidays a few months / lots of weeks before anyway this number was attached to the payment from my account the only thing I can suggest is to report the company to whomever and to contact your bank stating that a fraudulent company has your card details if you do recieve a catalog from them. Told them that if they were genuine, they were misinformed, but that I suspected they were cold callers trying to scam me.
