They told me they work together with UK company called Green Energy UK. I contacted Green Energy UK and in fact they do not corporate with anyone. I was offered to meet and talk about benefits of having solar panels, but I doubt I go because they were already lying to me about their corporation.

These people ring every day. They ask for someone who doesn t live here. When I became annoyed with this, they obviously made a note somewhere and now ask for the person who is in charge of the phone bill. Very very annoying and won t stop talking even when you say you don t want to talk to them, so you have to just put the phone down while they are talking.

The fraudster was very convincing and directed me through the HMRC website and told I will get a call back from the number on the website. No call back. Wife then called them and they told her the police will be at your door. Scammers need castrating

Called me twice so far today. Automated voice claiming to be from Mastercard/Visa, saying that £600 has been withdrawn from my account and to press 1 immediately, as my account has been compromised. Scaremongering and fraudulent. I hung up each time.
This number is actually located in Birmingham not Manchester or anywhere near it so you need to get your information correct

Persistent nuisance calls with no reply when you pick up. I contacted Orange and they told me to report the harassment to the police which i did but they still haven t stopped. They clearly care nothing for the law. Orange did have an alternative which would cost me monthly but i could prevent that number calling me again. Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!
