Fraud. Claiming to DPD local, I go onto DPD local’s actual site, using the tracking number provided by this number via a dodgy looking website and no parcel found. Do not trust this number nor pay anything to get a “parcel” redelivered. The website has a red banner at the top with the writing “dpd local” in white. Where as the actual site has a white banner with “dpd” in black writing and “local” in blue writing.

They called me today but when I picked up the phone it was silent, this is after I had spoken to BG and asked them why they are demanding a final payment off me when they still have a direct debit set up so they can take the money owed to them, they do not need to threaten me with a debt collection agency for £28.96.
