SCAM / SPAM Automated call claiming to be HMRC stating there was a tax fraud case in my name and if I didn't press 1 a warrant would be issued immediately for my arrest.
Called saying I'd had an accident within the past 3 years, told him I hadn't and hung up. He then called back and extremely rudely told me that his system said I had, so I pointed out his system was wrong and told him to take me off of the system. Haven't heard anything since!

Told me that if I did not follow what he was saying I would loose my internet connection for 3 days, I told him that I would check with Virgin.
These people started calling me after I had an accident! Don't know how they got my info as I did not make a claim or report this to my insurer as I was not at fault. Anyway I kindly declined, however this fell on deaf ears and they continue to harass me! The response from the caller became very unpleasant and he was very rude to me, he even stated 'I don't know why you're doing this'! Err are we married!!!??
