I blocked this number after reading on a number of sites that they are a market research company. Information I beleive this is an Italian call centre in the UK as they called me on my italian cell phone in Italy from the UK.. When they rang I was busy on the phone. I rang back (3 times) I only got an answer machine asking to leave a message. I have no idea who they are.

indian sounding lady called today, used my "nickname" that I don t use professionally, said that she was calling from Microsoft and that the technical team had noticed a problem with Windows on my computer. When I said I was an IT graduate with several years of support experience and that her story did not add up, and that she was calling from Watford where Microsoft do not have an office, she strangely put the phone down on me!
Call to say they could offer a reduction on my Sky maintenance plan as I'd not had any call outs. I don't have a maintenance plan.

Have checked our account and no such transaction had been registered.
same as previous reports on this same number I too was called on mobile , did not recognise number and also do not answere any unknown numbers especially with 0845 Called me and never left a message. Rang it back and a voice message states the number is not in service
