Girl with indistinct squeaky voice ... eventually ... poor line but could make out "... accident that was not your fault ..." Indian man rang me at about 10:30am 26/7/2021 saying that they'd just been upgrading my Broadband and noticed spam being sent to me and hacker activity. Wanted me to turn on my computer. I put the phone down. Have fallen for one of these scams before with someone getting me to download AnyDesk in order for the caller to remotely take over control of my laptop. BEWARE!!
Telling me "I am from BT Openreach and you have a problem with your Internet, told him I didn't he said I did, no I haven't and I will not be putting my computer on for him to rectify but you must, no I don't have to, but you do I'm from BT, I don't give a monkeys, he hung up ????????????

This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.
