i was called 24 7 17 man with an indian accent called himself jason, said my sky viewing card would be expiring in 7days so sky would be sending a new one in order for the new one to work he gave me a pin number he knew my name and address and he asked for my date of birth ,i became suspicious and gave a false one , he then said he already had my credit or debit card details as i had given them to skybefore so today he just needed my bank sort code and account , i just hung upthen ,this is just total pap .

Had a call from a Indian lady telling me that sky were sending out an updated viewing card and they needed to go through some security questions, even said that it would cost me £20 a month less, I said I didn't believe it was sky and the lady said she would send me a letter out, and I could fill it in and send it back!
