I ve had three calls today from 02088523462 five yesterday, every time trying to convince me that they are "Microsoft technical" that my computer is "sending them errors". I know this is bs and decided today to have a nice long conversation with them about my background in networks engineering and how I know it is bs, but I understand that the guy on the other line is only doing his job and reading a script and that if he doesn t get abusive with me we should be able to resolve this. Debt collection agency - Mackenzie Hall. Do not communicate with this agency by telephone. They are threatening, pushy and may make promises that they will not keep. Do not answer their "security questions". It could be a scammer, who will happily sell your information on. Like any other debt collection agency, everything should be in WRITING.

SCAM / SPAM Claiming to be from Visa/Mastercard to tell me that my card has been used for a purchase in a foreign country - the amount £647.-- and to press 1 to stop the fraudulent use!!!! Very much a scam so be very aware and cut the call and do not press any numbers as they will pretend to be your credit card supplier. Be on your guard and do not give out any information.
