RAC, Cancelled my membership after they screwed me over on parts and labour. Stated in black and white the parts are covered and they held my car 12 days. This call was to try and push their fear mongering on the cancellation and fee s that i owe them. Worst Breakdown service ever. Happy to take your money not happy to pay out! Indian/Pakistani ? man called to say my BT service Lloyds Bank Direct Debit needed verifying, I played along and gave false numbers on my debit card (to see how far they wished to go), they already new my name , address, phone number.
