Have received numerous calls from this number however they keep hanging up when I answer the phone. I called them back only to be greeted by an automated message telling me that I could remove my details simply by pressing number 2. I did this and since then the calls have increased to 4 or 5 calls a day. I have now blocked the number from my phone.

Supposedly we have been involved in a motor accident and injured. Rubbish: it s an unwanted con - a fishing expedition for whiplash claim.

This is the second time in a few days I have been called from this number. She hangs up without speaking and when I ring back she denies making the call. I live in Dorset and I ...

Caller said my IP address had been compromised. Called bt to check they said it was a scam.

We always let numbers like this go to answerphone. They always hang-up without a message. Calling several times a day at present - at least they don t hide the phone number. At least they could state their name and purpose, you say it is TalkTalk Marketing. I decide if I want to buy anything and try to avoid these types of call.

They have just called 5 times in a row - not left any voicemail message, so not answering or calling back.

I keep being hassled by this number, when I answer no one seems to be on the other end. have rung back to find out who it is but dont get any answer. Just block them.

my usual o2 bill is £28.00 monthly my previous bill came in at £37.00 phoned o2 and I was told no problem and they will give me my money back on my next bill my new bill arrived today and now I have to pay £47.00 and they gave me a text number and say stop and then they gave this long number and told me to try and get my money back them so I phoned them and guess what nobody can speak to me and the machine said someone will phone you in the next couple of days

Number vaguely familiar but with no identification unable to be more positive. Leaving it at neutral for the time being.

If you tried to ring it back and it said the number hasn t been recognised, then it doesn t exist and is a scam.

I had a call from this number purporting to be from the "Smile the Internet Bank" fraud dept. I terminated the call as I was not satisfied with their line of questioning.

I just had a call from this number too, claiming to be "D M Experts". The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. The bogus OFT calls are nearly always a barely audible Indian voice, and this call today from "D M Experts" was similar, so wouldn t be surprised if
