He then said he would get his head office to call me back with a tape recording of my agreement. I am still waiting for said head office to call me.

These guys will claim that they are trying to close your file if you have had a car accident but all they are doing is phishing for more personal details. Told them I was speaking to my solicitors about them which hopefully will prevent further calls. They do not really help their cause for if you ring the number back an automated message says that it was a marketing call and you will be contacted again later. Idiots.
