As a person who works in the It industry I can tell you that these people are not qualified to be "Microsoft certified technicians. They lack the knowledge and expertise. They are extremely persistent about these" hackers" and "viruses" when most of them probably don t exist in the first place. As the other guy said, play around with them. It s fun!

Answered once and told them I am on TPS please do not call again, and was told don t care as you cannot do anything and was laughed at before he hung up! Needs to be closed down
