Subcontinental-sounding told me I needed a box to stop nuisance calls - two pounds fifty a month for three years! Caller Display does it much cheaper and I don t usually answer calls from 0845- numbers. Curious this time.

To the guy who gave a positive review: cold calling private numbers is a major problem. Even If you did get a good deal on your insurance, these people have no right to be calling people randomly and trying to sell. It s an invasion of privacy, full stop.

Have had four calls from this number now. First time I actually answered most of the questions. Asian sounding man wanted to know my first name which I declined to give him and hung up. Not 30 seconds later I got another call from him, so I put the answerphone on. As soon as the answerphone kicked in he hung up and called back straight away. My Husband answered the phone and told him to stop ringing and we don t want to know. Thought we d got rid of him but oh no! About an hour later he called again

I agree with Beady Eye. All silent calls should be reported to Ofcom. How else does one get the buggers to stop making illegal calls?
