I said we regularly check our up and download speeds and as we're on Fibre to the Premises with BT our usual speed is around 400mbs. He put the phone down. Fraud I am selling a car in Czechia, this number contacts me and is interested in buying. Says he's in Belgium, that his mother is from UK and father from Belgium. He did not speak very good English and had no French accent either. He repeated several times that he'd send me money for the car in advance and send a private shipping company afterwards. Photos on a Czech ad site were apparently enough. When I was insisting on a face to face meeting, the call abruptly ended. Be careful!!!
SCAM ... Indian who told me my Visa card had an attempt made on it to transfer funds overseas, originating from Western Australia. Started asking me if I also did transactions on the computer or internet with my account. I asked him why he needed to know that and he hung up.
