SCAM - Have had varying numbers 02922 770715, 02922 770237, 02920 770128, 029220770716 calling everyday for the last month or so. They claim to be an energy company trying to frighten you regarding loft insulation. This is obviously a scam trying to lure people into parting with their hard earned cash whilst annoying them with phone calls everyday!!! If you have any numbers call similar to those mentioned above.. IGNORE THEM or preferably BLOCK THEM !!!!!

I received a call from someone on this number. They claimed to be from BT, I am with Virgin but he claimed that BT support Virgin. He told me that my IP address has been tracked and made public. I cut him off there and told him I thought this was a scam. He said that I could check out his credentials by calling a phone number, I put the phone down.

My solution is to leave my BT Aura answering machine on receive, and note my caller display before picking up the phone...... my friends wait to see if I answer, and knowing that all Incoming recorded messages are completely garbled and indecipherable, and that I will use 1471 and ring them back when I m available, they don t waste their time and money trying to leave a message. Did not understand when I asked if that was all one word or 2 words, must be a question asked by others Im sure.. She passed me on to another lady and she was not much better. Scam callers trying to fish for banking details so they can rob you. Had multiple calls from this and similar numbers (ending 4301 to this 4309) all exactly the same, all late at night too between 7.30pm and 8.30pm, so not from a legit company as its illegal to phone you this late. I pretty much autoblock all 020 numbers now as they re always some kind of dodgy call centre trying to rob you. Blocked.
