Extremely argumentative when I suggested he was lying and told me I would be cut off if I didn't do what he said. Hung up and blocked the number but why can't these people be stopped? There are 100's of complaints about this number - why can't they be prosecuted for this intimidation?

We had to contact trading standards because they (coastal windows) wouldn t stop harassing my elderly parents by phone. They had to make a police report and Trading Standards paid them a visit to warn them off. If they harass you, report it as if you tell them to stop they have to by law.

Female called Lauren contacted my mother (70 s) to sell service to stop unwanted calls (ironic). Very persistent and aggressive selling manner.she used the old trick of assuming my mother wished the service and went straight for her bank details. Thankfully my mother did not pass any. Lowest form of scum these people no better than bogus callers who steal from the elderly.
