Almost certainly a scam call. These calls use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER GIVE ANY INFORMATION to an unknown caller. NEVER TRY TO RET...

2 calls this week including one at 7.15pm. I don t have any contacts in Brighton so didn t answer

Had a feeling this was ADT, haven t confirmed it but the comments seem to strongly indicate ADT. On top of the 0161 code. Just rang now at 3.19 in the morning, about five to six rings before I d even got to it, and then stopped. Alarm not going off, and it is for our house so would like to know why they rang in the wee hours when we re sleeping.

They have called twice left message once and sent me two emails concerning a debt for plusnet. I contacted plusnet who confirmed no outstanding debt and that this was a scam.

PPI, sounded overseas, ignore

Accepted the call but didn t say anything, the automated system waits for the word "Hello" before reeling off their rubbish to you. The call stayed silent before cutting itself off. Added this number, along with a few others, to my SPAM entry in my address book.

Seven calls in one day! Couldn t answer even if I wanted to due to being at work, but seven calls is a bit excessive!

Rang 11.am 16th March but no answer to my "Hello". Could hear typical call-centre background sounds before the line went dead.

This number called me and sang the Spiderman theme tune to me in a foreign language!

Call to my rarelyused mobile at 0942 on Mon 26 June 23 Not answered as number not recognised as someone who has my number legitimately and shown as missed call

Say they are Employment agency however the conversation revolved around getting details of interviews I had been to and referees so suspect they are not genuine just looking for contact info
