He told me that I was entitled to compensation from the injuries I d received. Could I confirm my details. I told him my address was all in the report and he agreed. He sounded flummoxed. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2038684xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident chasers, PPI claims, "car accident which was not your fault".
