If you have rang Talk Talk and discussed directly with them a call back, they will give you a date and a time (they told me this and it states this on their website). If you are getting calls that are not booked, I would say it is not them. Hope this helps.

After reading on here (after a blank answerphone message yesterday) I was ready to be nasty but listened patiently and it really seemed like TalkTalk were looking for problems experienced by inexperienced users. He explained the welcome pack (I recently joined) warned about a customer sevrices call (I don t remember seeing that) and he seemed genuinly concerned in case I was having problems and highlighted my large phone bill this month
