Called at 09:45. I answered but said nothing as I didn’t recognise the number, so they hung up, which I felt was very rude. After a few minutes I rang back, it went through to a voicemail which said it was Crown Glazing and if I pressed 1 then they would stop calling me. Do they think I am an amateur!? Just blocked the number.

I answered without looking as I was in a rush the person constantly asked who they were speaking to when I refuse to give my name they then said they were from octopus energy I explained I had never heard of them and had no intentions of changing my energy provider I tried to end the call a number of times they kept talking and insisting they could save me money in the end I had to be rude and put the phone down

I am getting several calls a day from this company. I keep telling them to remove my number but an hour later I get another call and they insist they have not called me before !! What do you have to do to stop these people. I have tried being rude (not offensive - just rude), putting the phone down on them, threatening to report them, but all to no avail. I love it when they say they are "Fred" or "Mary" or similar, and you know that they are not.

Asian caller who said it was Adam from Open Reach and there was a problem with my internet and my connection would be lost in 4 hours. He said I needed to turn on a computer or laptop so he could sort the problem out. I told him my laptop needed charging up and he said he would call back in half an hour. He called back but we did not answer and he then tried every 2-3 minutes, ringing approx 15 to 20 times. Same as everyone else .10 missed calls last Mon and various other similar numbers .Somebody her mentioned the name Beneficial .I too heard this when I answered , heard beeps , nobody replied then I heard what appeared to be telesales office .I heard ' Hello Beneficial' in background.
