Phones claiming to be "on behalf of Eon" and starts offering new contracts. Got suspicious when they couldn t get to my details given we already had a contract with EON so challenged him. Eventually he claimed to be calling from another company called Contactpoint. Wouldn t trust them.
I received another call from this number today. The caller introduced himself as "Drew from the Energy Care Department of the Green Energy Company". He also said he was working on behalf of some governement initiative. When I asked him how he got the number, he was evasive at first but once he realised that I wasn t going to cave, he just hung up.

The Asian woman called on Thursday 14.6.2018 @ around 10.15am Number was withheld, and said that she was from BT and that we have reported problems with our internet connection with them. I replied "oh are you sure, that is funny, as our IT department has not informed us of any problems" of which she replied that she need our server account number. Calling is pointless...a recorded message asks for your number and a message then hangs up. Charges continue to rack up. I had to call my network to block 3rd party charging.
