SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. rang asking for my 98 year old mother, fortunately I answered. Said from "energy Trust" based in Hereford Talked about renewable energy,solar panelsetc.Said not interested twice and when I asked him to remove phone number from list he hung up.

missed call when i rang it back line just goes beep then cuts off. Bad sign - trustworthy companies have a recorded message explaining who they are, etc. Did a bit of research - very worrying. consumer websites show people being asked for their bank card details then fees being debited that they werent expecting. Sounds like a scam or at least very, very sharp practise. Avoid answering or block number, is my advice.

I am trying to find who keep calling me from this number as it is becoming very irritating.
