I missed their first call yesterday, but answered today and they said they were calling about an accident I ve been involved in recently (with an upward tone at the end - as though they were asking this as a question)... I just said "errr, no - I ve not been involved in an accident for a long while" and they hung up on me. Very untrustworthy - don t bother answering.

Some legal company (most prob PPI)... RUDE Scouse man!

Had a call from this number, identified itself as Humberside Police to my call barring service but then cut off when I tried to answer. Line went dead when tried to recall. Called police, they had no record of anyone trying to ring my number nor did they recognise this 56677 number. Suspicious, also nasty if it is a scam, as I am now worried about whether or not the police are trying to contact me for genuine reasons. Keep calling sayin multiple problems on my computer or phone and that providing I give them my password they can sort it out.scammers come to mind

Rang twice, I missed the first and answered the second. As soon as I picked up the line went dead.

Got a text "confirm the address I m supposed to be send this to"? No idea what THIS is or who they are. Rang phone no twice and said could not receive calls - dodgy!

My wife received a voice mail saying that "you have a serious file against your name, you will face hard and unwanted legal consequences" no names were mentioned. Wife found it quite disturbing. Scam call told her to delete.

Attempted to call back but rings once then automatically hangs up? Not sure who or what it was about?

As others, I answered the phone and waited, and waited, and waited. After around 15 seconds I heard it start to dial out, and someone then began to speak but I closed the call before responding. Clearly a call centre whose autodial is calling faster than their agents can respond.

Since getting new sim this number has called at least twice a day every day including sundays. Glad I ignored it as the first few calls only my children had my number so it was not anyone or business I knew. Cannot belive they can do this for over 2 months everyday when ddo they get the message. Now blocked the number so no more annoying calls at work

calling 3 to 4 times a day they keep on asking for bank account details wont say what they want them for ....have blocked them on my mobile would suggest to other ppl to do the same

My husband has had this number come up on his phone saying his vodaphone bill not paid, when I checked it had been. Wanted payment details which he wouldn’t give. So yes a scam.
