Said he was called Jack from BT Business Head office and he could do me a better deal than by Local BT Business office. Jack, you seem to be the only person working for BT Business as you are the only person making these sales calls, for such a large business!!. I don't believe this is BT as you can see in other searches Jack seems to be the only person making these calls, probably to gain information about your business. He didn't get any from me. Possibly dangerous.
Thought she had given up but she called again today. This time I flatly refused to put her call through due to insufficient information. She is now getting a senior manager to ring me. Bring it on .....

We keep getting calls from this number claiming that Amazon are taking £79.99 for Prime membership from our bank account. I checked my account after the first all, and Prime had been started (not by me). I have changed my password and we are still getting the calls, although Prime is no longer running.

Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. SCAM, I rcvd a call from a guy who claimed he was from BT and that we had a problem with our line etc. Sadly for him we have nothing to do with BT and when I confronted him & had a go at him and asked him never to call our number again he called me a ba.....rd. I decided to just hang up and blocked his number.
