Ambulance Chasers! Phoning about "accident in last 2.5 years". A Glasgow number though not necessarily based there, using 0141 to increase chance of people in surrounding area answering call (as I did). Caller was polite enough and accepted my lack of interest without question.

Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! Told me he was from Openreach and needed to dicuss my broadband. When I asked what the problem was as I thought it was a fishing call, he told me to f**k off and hung up. Tried to call the number back but got an automatic message saying the number was not recognised.
