Asian-sounding male, calling himself Mr. W., asking to speak to my brother. Asked if washing machine was alright. We recently had dishwasher repaired, so I thought call was genuine (insurers). Then asked if I was over 35. I said that was irrelevant. He persisted with question, becoming aggressive in tone. I persisted with my answer. When he asked for my postcode and name I hung up.

When I answered this number the person was silent then hung up. My phone showed caller was from Jersey. ?

Calls 2-3 times a day, never answered . Internet says it's silent when answered anyway.

After caller introduced himself to me, I politely informed him that I didn't have time to speak right now and tried to ask him to ring another time. I was talked over in a rude and patronising way telling me he wasn't trying to sell me anything. I cut in with that's fine but I need to go. He then screamed blue murder at me! I couldn't understand much of it, but I'm 100% sure I was called a bi*ch. Seriously, I have never been spoken to in my life like that. In the end I loudly told him to change his attitude

This call centre deals mostly with RTA, accident injury claims telesales - insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested...

received call foreign sounding man said he was from BT technical department.we are not actually with BT! told me ip address was compromised and people could see what I do on my computer and wanted me to go on my computer so they stop the person hacking computer. I told him i didn't believe him and was going to tell my son who's a policeman and then he put phone down on me. phone number is from Algeria. the frightening thing is that I could hear loads of other speaking in background just like a call centre.

The girl called 'Kate' mentioned my business name and said she found me via facebook. There was a lot of background noise. Sounded like a call centre but can't be sure. I was cagey on the phone as I was not expecting the call and unfortunately am very aware of prank calls.
