Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! Yet another boiler replacement automated message. The law states that they should have permission to make the call and also that they should identify themselves. They did neither of these things so I am going to report them to the ICO. I don t even have a boiler!
