This number called 3 times in two days, doesn t leave a voicemail, I don t recognize the number so I refuse to answer it.

Just done some business with Reed Rains so this looks like another example of passing (or selling on) personal data. The Consumers Association (Which) are currently running a program to identify and stop these sort of calls. I ll add this one to their list

The same experience as Rob, except that the caller (allegedly BT Open Reach) got further along the line before I realised it was a scam and rang off. Hung up after 4 rings. Unknown, no message left. Chances are it’s a number bought from China. So much for BT stopping unknown scammers.

This number has called me this week at least 10 times already - Minimum 2 to 3 calls per day. We ignore it now but it is an incredible nuisance.

Hung up as soon as I answered but then the same number called my mobile seconds later. Clearly working from some list which has both my landline and mobile number linked. I can t think of any such list except NHS!

Appreciate this seems to be a legit and helpful company from the other messages left here, but I just received a call from these guys and had no idea why they were calling me. Got text saying my HSBC card was used fraudulently and wanted my security details . I rang by bank who confirmed this number is from scammers

Having reported a fault to BT online, I received a call from this number. My (BT) screening phone did not let it through. I rang BT to ask about an engineer and said I had received a call from this number, I was told that, upon checking my account, no one from BT had called. It appears not to be a genuine BT number.
