Said I did not have time to check all this and he closed the call. 2 mins later lady 0208 133 3085 said she was from BT OpenReach, told her no she was not and if she did not get off the line I would report her.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
