received two calls from this number which I missed. Upon calling the number back i get a message saying it is not possible to connect this call

SCAM The call was a 'real' person in a busy call centre purporting to be from Amazon reporting that someone had bought a £45 voucher through my account which they thought was suspicious. I told them I would check my account separately and contact Amazon myself if I saw anything untoward and I hung up. Needless to say there was no gift card purchase on my Amazon account.

The chap on the other end rambled on about insurance and said he was from a company called Red Star. When I asked who Red Star were he got quite abrupt/aggressive.
