SCAM - OFCOM Internet Conection Called pretending to be OFCOM with a convincing sounding recorded message from a very nice lady that my internet connection had been hacked and would terminate in 24hrs. Then requested I press "1" to resolve the situation. Absolute scam - the number is local to Solihull and is unobtainable if dialled. Delete and block immediately !!!

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. I wish they would leave a voicemail message when they ring. I just missed their call and as there was no message I assumed it was a scam call. we get a lot and would never ring the number back unless there was a message left saying who it was and why they were ringing. but I would ring 150 from the landline if I'd known it was virgin regarding my problem. only trouble is that you can be waiting for over an hour before you get an answer! not happy with virgin at all.
