SCAM Sounds like a scam. Indian voice says he's from Sky and local people are using my internet. Asking questions about my modem etc. I put the phone down and he keeps ringing.......persistent and pushy.
I am the first to comment but I notice I m the 176th person who has tried to find out of this is a dodgy scam/marketing call. I would say the chances are quite high that it is. Let your telephone do the work. If there is no voicemail left then there is no urgency to speak with them!

We keep getting calls from this number claiming that Amazon are taking £79.99 for Prime membership from our bank account. I checked my account after the first all, and Prime had been started (not by me). I have changed my password and we are still getting the calls, although Prime is no longer running.

Said he was called Jack from BT Business Head office and he could do me a better deal than by Local BT Business office. Jack, you seem to be the only person working for BT Business as you are the only person making these sales calls, for such a large business!!. I don't believe this is BT as you can see in other searches Jack seems to be the only person making these calls, probably to gain information about your business. He didn't get any from me. Rang to speak to husband after asking them more questions than they asked me eventually realised who they are. I have been searching for van insurance quotes on line and they are chasing these up but still wanted to speak to husband after explaining that I was the one looking but because he was owner of vehicle was searched in his name - SO ANNOYING
called alot so i answered a few times without speaking and they hung up immediately. Then i answered and went along with "the nice man from Microsoft" who wanted to "fix" my computer. When i got to a step that would do something to my computer i told him i thought he was a fake and a terrible person for sucking people in and he got really angry and went off! These people are scum for hoaxing people who don t know computers, particularly elderly folk.
