These people handle "deceased accounts" on behalf of Eon in UK. (I suspect they buy the debt). They also seem very interested in probate matters - perhaps they gain extra business this way. However - was pleasant call (got my number from Eon - I am Mum s executor), and they were not chasing payment just establishing status.

Automated female voice, claiming to be from BT Internet Dept., who have supposedly been trying to call me urgently, because of ‘suspicious activity’ on my account.
