Keep getting this Automated call on my Business Line. They ve left messages on my system when out of office, and called frequently when in office. These are unprofessional and don t give a damn. I pressed 5 to speak with someone, and she was rude after I told her I had pressed 9 in previous weeks. Wish they could be taken down to cease them irritating the hell out of people. Oxygen thieves.

Crazy scam with an Asian guy trying to bamboozle me with tech-speak. Told me my ip address had been made public and should be switched back to private. I asked him to confirm my IP address 'so I could be sure we were talking about the same connection'. He said no one had my IP address. I asked him for a phone number to call back on and he hung up. Total scam - I don't even have BT broadband.

[I'm not even on Virgin but decided to kid her along anyway and waste as much of her time as possible]. Very professional.I was angry at them at first as I thought it was a Scam Cold Call. But they handled the call very well. Then I was transferred to a Senior Debt Consultant who explained the program to me in detail. I am just awaiting the papers so that I can sign up with them and start leading a stress free life. A definite recommendation to all if you wanna get rid of your debts without paying your hard earned money towards FEES.
