Rang me today and said they were the "Vault". I asked them what they wanted and she starts immediately to ask me about my life insurance provisions. Do these idiots actually think that anyone would give personal and financial information to a company they know nothing about? Told them to clear off.
This has something to do with PPI, they ring every week ask the same question then put the phone down when I try to ask them for more information

Not sure if it is a scam, but concerned they knew my name, and what domestic appliances I have. We recently cancelled insurance with Domestic and General, so wondering if they have sold on our details. Indian/Pakistani ? man called to say my BT service Lloyds Bank Direct Debit needed verifying, I played along and gave false numbers on my debit card (to see how far they wished to go), they already new my name , address, phone number.
