I ve had three calls today from 02088523462 five yesterday, every time trying to convince me that they are "Microsoft technical" that my computer is "sending them errors". I know this is bs and decided today to have a nice long conversation with them about my background in networks engineering and how I know it is bs, but I understand that the guy on the other line is only doing his job and reading a script and that if he doesn t get abusive with me we should be able to resolve this. Someone called Paul Adams from BT Openreach said they were cutting off internet access for 25 days as there was suspicious activity on our router. He then asked if I was in front of a pc connected to the router. He had an Asian accent. I put the phone down at that point
