I ve been reasonable and told them I understand it s their job, nothing personal, but it s irritating as hell when you work afternoons/evenings and you re getting calls at 7.45am, and you don t even own a car. This is the second time one of these numbers has called me. The first time a couple opf years back i went through with a personal injury claim and started to get worried when i went 6 weeks without hearing back from anyone. Eventually i was paid out £2400. I was contacted by this number 4 weeks ago and decided to go ahead again im due to have a medical appointment in 2 weeks to make sure i dont have any lasting soft tissue damage. Please please if anybody else has charges from these numbers contact the communication ombudsman. currently according to o2 they are aware of this scam but refuse to be held responsible for just handing over money to scammers without contacting me. Just to note if it were your bank they would contact you about fraudulent activity, put a stop to the charges and refund you. O2 refuses to do any of this. I didn't speak to anyone as they hung up when I answered. A subsequent search on the Internet indicated that they were 'ambulance chasers' asking about car accidents.
Pest control company, already told them their services are irrelevant to me and not to call. They will stop or get prosecuted, I recorded all their calls so there is ample evidence.
