Indian lady started telling me I had a problem with Windows. I told her that she was unscrupulous and I considered that her actions were those of the scum of the planet. Just had a stupid young boy breathing heavily down the phone and then he asked if I was the home owner. Then he said "wrong number" and put the phone down.

UCR Consultants. Wanted to speak to someone about our contract, but didn't say who they were or who the contract was with. Seemed to be very vague about everything. They are an energy broker with outdated information.
Phoned mid morning,sounded drunk could hardly get his words out, asked about loft insulation. When I said Our loft was already done he slammed the phone down. Bad experience.
SCAM - Answered the call. Automated message advising my National Insurance number was involved in fraud. My assets are to be frozen and I will be arrested. Press 1 to speak an officer (This is the only option offered) I ended call before pressing any digits.

To the guy who gave a positive review: cold calling private numbers is a major problem. Even If you did get a good deal on your insurance, these people have no right to be calling people randomly and trying to sell. It s an invasion of privacy, full stop.
