Don't speak when answered and numerous calls from same number at same time using clogging up all lines so no one else can ring in, meaning our customers get sent to voicemail. Have emailed 118-online [who's website seems a bit dodgy] and had assurances that our number[s] are taken from their list, but that obviously has not happened. So OFCOM here we come.

We recently cancelled insurance with Domestic and General, so wondering if they have sold on our details. Told them I don't need their insurance as would by new if beyond economic repair, and the caller seemed surprised that I could fix a recent washing machine problem myself. Insulation company called in to follow up on and assessment we booked for our roof. Really impressed with how thorough were answering my queries. Two days later we received one of their assessors, credit to whoever runs this company! They were the 3rd in regards to getting some advice. Not only all their findings were photographed and recorded. They gave us the best quote! Refused to take a any payment until we were 100% happy with the work schedule to be carried out.

Indian/Pakistani ? man called to say my BT service Lloyds Bank Direct Debit needed verifying, I played along and gave false numbers on my debit card (to see how far they wished to go), they already new my name , address, phone number. Well, actually I don't bank at Lloyds anyway!, they then asked for my DOB, so I gave a false one of course.
