Phone rang at approx 7.30pm Sat 25 Oct 2014. Answered and said "Hello". An Asian woman asked for me by name, but there was a lot of noise in the background so immediately made me think that this was wrong. If it was a reputable company (who should still be not allowed to make cold calls) it would be silent. I didn t confirm my name but asked who the company was. Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty.
