SCAM - On answer a strident recorded message tells you that "A criminal tax fraud case has been lodged against you". I didn't bother listening to the full message - I heard enough to know it was a pathetic criminal trying to scare people into handing them either personal data or money. I received a t/c from (004)91113279026 today 27/4/22, at 13.56hrs to my L/L. I answered without saying anything, and the caller who said nothing, hung up. I live in the Hove area of Sussex. Given that the Phone Number Localisation 091113279026 is New Delhi, India, it is probably a scammer.

SCAM / SPAM Scam claiming bt internet technician. First he states his name is justin. Then he states jim. He had a foreign - Indian or Pakistani accent. Tells you to download team viewer app from play store/ Apple store and then asks you for the id number. They will try to block your device and charge you to unlock it. When I stated I use virgin he saud by can fix the virgin technical problems too. If I had a problem I would ring my provider which was none of the ones I have mentioned here.
This number called my mobile but when answered, cut off. Called the number back but it showed as an invalid number. Now blocked.

Just had a lady call me from this number... I answered Hello after the obligatory few seconds of silence I said Hello again. She replied... I m Sophie from the National Hearing Clinic. I said Sorry, I can t hear you. - at which point she said Deaf b--ch and put the phone down. Nice.
Spam call, claiming to be from BT and saying hackers have got into your computer but BT will help you to sort it out. If you say you're not with BT, that doesn't bother them as they just say BT is the overall company and they're just protecting you. 'Annie' hung up when I insisted she was a scammer.
Caller said he was phoning from Sky and said the warranty on my Sky setup is due and he was going to upgrade me and started to ask personal questions. Told him i no longer have Sky (which was a lie) and he hung up..!!!!!
