Claimed to be from Virgin Media about an internet connection. Worrying signs, firstly did not have my name as a contact or any reason to indicate I have an Virgin account. Also they are using a local number, for a very small area, which to my knowledge does not have a Virgin office.

This is a SCAM so very dangerous claiming we had damp in our loft as a consequence of insulation we had done a few years ago.....be very aware
