It was never told that the call to this number will be charged at this horrendous rate, call to get the tax code corrected and now charged 16.36 £ for 28 mins call. This is unethical in my opinion and equivalent to robbing.
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center from Glasgow - this range of numbers 14156892xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with scottish power, but also Post Code Lottery. Just block it if not intereste

People please did someone answer it? No idea who is behind, no message left on my phone, just few missed calls. Probably some robocaller testing if my number is working? I usually don't answer unknown numbers, was trying to dig some info on internet but no luck so far. Some idea who is behind this number?

Safe number Is actually an Indian guy calling who refers you to O2 who sign you up for their Sim Only deal. Shame they have a dodgy-sounding Indian guy getting them customers, because it makes O2 look dodgy. FYI: I have received all genuine emails and contract info from O2 and... I received my SIM! 100% legit (apart from the guy calling millions of numbers from India hoping to get someone to say yes so he can earn his referral commission from O2!).
