Fraud amazon prime scam. Do not follow up, do not press 1. "The scam sees people receive an automated call, telling them that they've been charged for an Amazon Prime subscription. To cancel, all they need to do is ‘press 1’ - but after they do that they're directed to a fraudster posing as an Amazon customer service representative. The fraudster then asks for more details, and often asks you to download an application to your machine to cancel - at which point they cash in."

This number called twice in 24 hours asking to speak to a specific member of the household in connection with a survey from the bank. Rang again today regarding Loft Insulation Alex the caller name would not give detail of the company and when I ask for the details he ended the call. Alex informed me that he was in London working off a database. The do not take any notice if your registered with TPS. Please be very careful these companies need to be shut down and of the scammer to be brought to justice.
