This is a recruitment agency from Croydon, London
Person with an Asian accent (after a delay) introducing himself as Peter Thompson purporting to be from BT claimed someone in America was using my IP address and accessing emails . Asked what devices I was using to access the internet. The scammer wasn t afraid to argue back aggressively when I told him in no uncertain terms I knew this was an attempt to hack in to the internet.

I got a text saying this number had tried to call me when I was next to the phone at the time and it hadn t rung at all. I don t trust it automatically. Also I was able to find this number online which means others also don t trust it. Therefore I don t trust it. Fed up with these sorts of calls.

This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. However it is a recorded English voice about payments I have tried to make to Amazon and an International Money transfer.it is clearly a highly dangerous scam and similar to a call I had the other day from a different number with an American style voice. AMAZON this is an automated scam for Prime renewal. what is interesting is that it has tried a few times but this time is using a dialling code local to me which is bonkers as there is Amazon office in the next village!!!

Phoned my child, apparently got to know her first name. Can only think it is spam or scam. Tried to call them back to determine who they were. Never answered phone would ring for almost 60 seconds then be cut off.
