They were not very helpful or interested, did say when they last called me, which didn't match these calls, so I said will they investigate this number and the reply was, Oh there are a lot of calls made making out they are from the Halifax, just use number on the back of your card. They said they were calling regarding a personal matter on behalf on a mutual client but could not tell me any more information until I confirmed by details. Girl was rude and very blunt on the with her responses. I will not confirm any details unless I know who is calling but she refused to disclose that to me. Hung up
