Called today by this telephone number +44 1223 546709, automated call with message basically stating that the call was from HMRC and my account was involved in fraud and I was to select 1 on my my key pad to talk to an advisor (yeah, right as if), failure to do would result in an arrest warrant being issued against me immediately...... okay still no police at the door yet. If you say you have had no accident, they mostly hang up the phone and that's it... I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.
