He then asked me to confirm my age, address, name etc. I didn t want to give out my details to him and he said I would receive some documentation in the post from my bank. After refusing to give him my details, he ended the call. A piece of advice- give these scammers fake details (play them at their own game) and lead them up the garden path.

Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.
